Our cuts of beef are simply the “best of the best” sourced from the highest quality grade which accounts for only 1.5% of all Beef sourced in the USA.

To create the perfect steak experience, the cut you select will be grilled over our exclusive and unique recipe of Imported, Premium Hardwood Charcoal, brushed with olive oil and seasoned with our blend of sea salt and fresh ground pepper.
